Leadership by Examples

As a true leader, you provide direction and team members follow your example and are influenced by your attitude. It is critical in a successful organization that these examples and attitudes are consistent. This program provides your organization access to new concepts and the opportunity to practice the three levels of leadership:

  1. Creating Personal Leadership: Your foundation, your personal direction and vision
  2. Developing Team Leadership: Your ability and confidence to work with and lead others
  3. Understanding Organizational Value: Yourself and your team’s impacts beyond the confines of your defined role

12 half-day sessions held monthly

This program follows the Project Management Body of Knowledge international standard and is eligible for Professional Development Units (PDUs) credits towards participants Project Management (CAPM© and PMP©) certifications.
